A licensed mental health counselor, Levesque has 15 years??? experience in the field. She joined ROME three years ago as a senior clinical director overseeing community-based programs including respite and recovery centers before becoming CEO in March of 2025.
Prior to joining ROME, Levesque was with Lake Shore Behavioral Health, Erie County Medical Center, Catholic Charities of Buffalo, Jewish Family Services, and the Erie County Department of Mental Health.
Matthew Overfield (Matt) earned his bachelor???s degree in accounting summa cum laude from Saint Martin???s University in Lacey, Washington. Matt has worked for fourteen years at the executive level in the hospitality industry managing multiple venue properties in Washington State. As an end-user of financial reporting, Matt started his finance career in public accounting providing financial and process auditing, equity raises and acquisitions, and fraud investigations. Matt???s not-for-profit experience includes working as the Director of Finance for Habitat for Humanity and as the Controller for The Chautauqua Institution. Matt came to ROME in August 2023 from a $35M transportation broker with considerable real property and ground freight assets.
Jason Harle is the Chief Operating Officer of ROME and previously served as ROME???s CFO where he played a key role in streamlining operations and enhancing financial strategy. Holding an MBA and having over 10 years of business management experience, across multiple industries, Jason brings a wealth of expertise in organizational development, financial management, and strategic planning to advance ROME???s mission and growth.
Toni Taylor is the Chief Program Officer at Recovery Options Made Easy, INC. Toni has been with Recovery Options for nine years and is a graduate of SUNY Empire State College with a B.S. in Community and Human Services with a focus on Addiction and Holistic Healing. Toni is currently completing her Master???s degree in Public and Social Policy. Toni is a NYS Certified Peer and is extremely passionate about recovery. She believes that everyone can achieve their goals and experience the life they deserve.
Colleen obtained an Associates degree from Hilbert College and finished at Fredonia State. She worked for 17 years at Cliffstar Corporation in the food industry in Sales/Marketing/Project Management and as Executive Director of Customer Relations. Colleen entered the Human Resource field in 2005 with Grafco Corporation out of Baltimore, MD, in the plastic bottle blow mold industry. After Grafco she went to Fieldbrook Foods, to head up their three ice cream manufacturing plants as their Director of Human Resources for eleven years. Colleen joined the ROME team in April of 2020 at the start of the pandemic as the Director of Human Resources.
